VERY IMPORTANT
Please note the following UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS to prevent damages to your pampas grass as it is a fragile dried plant. Your pampas grass will arrive in a tube closed on both sides with white plastic end cups.
Step 1: Take off BOTH plastic end cups from the tube.
Step 2: Determine from which side of the tube the bottom of the pampas grass stems are showing.
Step 3: Very slowly and gently pull on the bottom of the pampas grass stems to remove from tube. Do NOT pull by the fluffy portion.
Step 4: Gently shake out each pampas grass stem outdoors.
Step 5: Pampas grass must be gently shaken and left to dry (preferably in the sun) for a few days to be fully fluffy.
Note that this is a natural 100% organic product so, the color may vary slightly from the pictures.
